Yes!!: Go whenever there is sudden chest tightness and shortness of breath. It could be a heart attack. It only takes that one time for it to be a heart attack.

Chest tightness SOB chest pain for two months. Clear chest ct, 3cxr,3ekg,PFT good, lots of blood work. Albuterol mask at er, and rescue inhaler do nothing. Only thing that seems to work is ativan, (lorazepam) and it works well. Does this mean its anxiety?
