Nasal sore: Hello, a sore inside your nose ay be related to a condition called nasal vestibulitis. This is usually caused by a staph bacteria. I usually prescribe an antibiotic ointment. Be careful with the otc ointments. See your doctor. I have seen nasal problems become much worse with the use of otc medications within the nasal amity.
