How serious is having yellow in the bottom of my eyes?

May be serious: If the white part of the eyes are yellow it may be from increased bilirubin. Serious causes are liver diseases. Minor hereditary anemia is another cause which is benign. See your family dr. And see if an ophthalmology consult is needed.
