Various causes.: Outputs is bruising. Petechiae or tiny areas of bleeding into the skin. This can occur with low or dysfunctional platelets or other bleeding problems. It can also happen with inflamed blood vessels (vasculitis). There are many potential causes such as drug allergy, use of anticoagulants, and various blood diseases, but it is not normal. Discuss with your doctor.
