Sounds like an enl--: Arged lymph node, from either an infection in the mouth, tonsils, tongue area; thyroid; chest infections or lesions in the lung. See your pcp to get evaluated with labs. Removal of the ln for biopsy would be best way to get the correct diagnosis.
