Strep Throat: Hello, when you have strep throat your body seeks rest to help with the recovery. If swimming means to wade in a pool for a few minutes then back to rest, that might be ok. But if swimming means a 2 mile swim across a river, then no way. Use your best judgement. Rest when you are sick to help your body recover from your illness.
