Will my yellow eyes ever go back to white?

Depends: If they are yellow because of jaundice from liver disease once liver disease is resolved they go back to white. If it is from a congenital anemia like thalasemia then it will stay the same. You also may be referring to pinguecula that is next to cornea which if inflamed can be treated to become less evident.
