My eyes are a bit yellow but my skin normal, still i went for "billurubin t & d" test which came back normal. what should i do now to make eyes white?

Nothing: Slight yellow color/muddiness of the sclera is a normal variation. Do not do anything to make it white, you are likely to damage your eyes if you put any medications in your eyes to lighten the color.
