See below : These are blood tests that we usually do to screen people who we think have a predisposition to have blood clots. By themselves they don't mean anything as normal people can have elevated levels. If you have a strong family history of blood clots or if u have had a blood clot yourself then this test could have significance. The best thing to do would be to discuss with a hematologist.
