MCI: Mild cognitive impairment can present in different ways. Pure amnestic(short term memory loss) mci is  now known to be pre alzheimers- 12-15% of these patients will progresss to ad per year. Non- amnestic mci where other areas of brain function are affected is not pre ad; it may remain stable. Both types of mci need close follow up to monitor for progression of illness.

To Know A Node: Never heard of that one. Maybe you mean "subcarinal?" That's an area in the chest behind the heart. The carina is where the breathing tube divides left and right. Around that area are a lot of lymph nodes. They defend against infection, inflammation and cancer and start to swell when they go into action. Only your doctor will be able to tell you what that may mean in your specific situation.

Really don't know.:  In medicine, we use the abbreviaton SPF for Sun Protection Factor. This  indicates how long it will take for UVB rays to redden skin. The higher the SPF, the more protection against sun burn. I don't know what the abbreviation means in the theater business.
