8 mg: Normally 4 mg works pretty good. I would not suggest you take more than 8 mg every eight hours without consulting your physician. Higher doses are usually required for someone with chemotherapy.

4 ml?- sure?: This is twice the maximum IM dose of most medicines, except , perhaps the old benzathine penicillin. Consult your treating physician and the nurse who gave you that injection.

This : This could represent diverticulitis which is inflammation of an outpouching along the colon wall.  A colonoscopy may help with the diagnosis.  Typical treatment is with antibiotics.  Suregery is reserved for recurrent or complicated cases.

Safe: If you are not having any side effects, that is fine. In cancer patients, very high doses are used safely, and 8mg every 6hrs is not uncommonly prescribed. If having persistent symptoms, may benefit from discussion w/your dr and /or GI evaluation.

Yes: Yes you can but not to be taken more than a couple of times per day.  The better option is finding out the root cause for your nausea and correcting that so that you no longer need the zofran (ondansetron).

Motrin?  Yes, maybe: Zofran prevents vomiting, and Motrin treats fever and pain, so technically they can be taken together.  However, Motrin can irritate an already sensitive stomach, so i personally would use tylenol (acetaminophen) in a patient who needs zofran.
