good day.i would like to by self medication for immune booster.ive got vitamin c and vitamin d and zinc zn.am i on the correct path ?

Immune booster : In order to boost the immune system, I recommend a low inflammatory diet. Avoid sugar, alcohol, high animal fats. 
In addition, I recommend eating lean proteins fish, egg whites, lentils, beans. (small portions each meal) . Drink extra water. eat fresh fruits and vegetables. Manage stress, exercise,  sleep well,  plenty of hugs.   High vitamin d levels in the body are helpful for COVID-19

i have a bitter taste on just my lips. can taking zinc or d3 or prebiotic or vitamin c cause this. i used mouthwash to try and get rid of it but no help. i take alot of medication could that cause it help i can't stand the taste anymore. i drink wat?

: OTC trial by omission. Start with the Zinc. Discontinue it's use for a week. If the bitter taste disappears, you'll know Zinc's the culprit. If taste does not change, restart Zinc and discontinue D3, etc. If you discover the cause, contact your GP to report your findings. DO NOT discontinue any of your prescribed Meds before first getting clearance from your MD/DO

Neither : Of these meds cause problems if the dose is missed so better to follow the exact directions of the doctor performing the colonoscopy and take nothing by mouth for 4-6 hours before your procedure. Best to check with the doctor.

24 hours at most: Vitamin c is a water-soluble vitamin. It is absorbed into the bloodstream from the intestine, distributes evenly throughout the circulation, and is then excreted into the urine through the kidneys.  Zinc is slightly more complicated, but should also pass into your urine rather quickly, and it should be basically gone within a few hours. I'd say it is a safe assumption that both are gone in 24h.

: The use has not been well studied. Vit C and Zinc in moderation may be used particularly early in the course of respiratory illness. Continue usual prescription medications.Watch for signs of shortness of breath, fever and prolonged cough. Drink fluids,rest, monitor temperature and breathing.

As far as we know: Oratane (also known as Isotretinoin) is a medication that has known bad interactions with an antibiotic known as Tetracycline. Since it is a derivative of Vitamin A it is also suggested that Vitamin A not be taken along with it. There is no certain data about any interactions between Isotretinoin and Zinc or Vitamin C.

For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.
