Doubtful: Nutritional deficiencies can cause telogen effluvium.  If you are taking toxic amounts it could affect hair growth.

: Highly unlikely Telogen Effluvium, Thyroid etc.
Likely an irritant reaction only,possibly Retin A related.
Be very gentle with your eyebrows now  and hopefully they will regrow normally over the next 6 months

No proven link: As far as i know there is no proven link. If you suffer from geographic tongue, try zinc supplements. It’s been suggested that a zinc deficiency 
may be responsible for some incidences of geographic 
tongue. Zinc supplements may lessen the effects of the 
condition in this case but will not remove it completely. Run your own test and let us know the results.

Hair Loss: There really aren't home remedies to cure telogen effluvium. This is a stress induced hair loss. Hopefully your doctor checked the appropriate lab studies to rule out things like anemia and thyroid disease. I find rogaine (minoxidil) for women the best treatment. It needs to be used twice a day and takes 4 to 6 months to see a difference. The good news is that you only need to treat until the hair loss stops.

: Grey hairs can be caused by either genetic predisposition or a shock to the body (trauma, surgery or severe illness) The condition is temporary and will reverse with resumed good health and healing.

Easy: Male pattern baldness follows a predictable progression, advancing on the temples and crown as you get older. The more chest hair you're naturally blessed with, generally the faster you have hair loss. Teloven effluvium is unrelated, and is a patchy shedding of hairs often in particular areas.

Telogen effluvium: Because acute telogen effluvium is a reactive process, which resolves spontaneously, treatment usually is limited to reassurance. Any reversible cause of hair shedding, such as poor diet, iron deficiency, hypothyroidism, or medication use, should be corrected.Alopecia areata can be controlled with intralesional scalp cortisone injections. Your thyroid also needs to be checked.

i am taking 1 vitamin tablet per day, containing b1, b6 and b12 for  telogen effluvium. is it harmful as  i have ckd?

Listen to your body: Generally water soluble vitamins are safe if not given in excess dose. There is no evidence that vitamins help telogen effluveum.  Take steps to improve your over-all health and especially your kidneys. See the book coping with kidney disease by mackensie walser.
