Hair Loss: There really aren't home remedies to cure telogen effluvium. This is a stress induced hair loss. Hopefully your doctor checked the appropriate lab studies to rule out things like anemia and thyroid disease. I find rogaine (minoxidil) for women the best treatment. It needs to be used twice a day and takes 4 to 6 months to see a difference. The good news is that you only need to treat until the hair loss stops.
