Exercise : Sometimes physical activity can result in burning pain.  Try some tylenol (acetaminophen) or bengay and see if that helps.

keep getting a random zap/electric feeling pain on the side of my calf. in a small localized spot.doesn't spread.what could it be?

Difficult to say: It is very difficult to say without a proper physical exam, but pain that is described as an electric shock is usually associated with nerve pain, maybe from a pinched nerve or some other condition.  The only way to tell for sure is consulting in person with your primary care physician and maybe also with a neurologist.

for the past 5 days i have been feeling a type of "pulling sensation" in my right calf when walking. it doesn't hurt,  only lasts a few seconds.

May need MD attn : commonly muscle pull dealt w NSAIDs/local heat. Spasms esp from chemical imbalance (e.g. talking diuretics) also possible. Concerns wud be blood clot. Urgent MD if any sign redness over skin, fever, shortness breath, swelling (tape measure diameter of calf cf. left), feeling rope-like mass under tender area. happy to consult further

Have it evaluated: Your pain could be as a result of many different things. One would need to do a thorough history and physical exam and possibly some radiology exams to determine the exact cause.  Have it evaluated by a professional to see if you have a possible blood clot or if it is a muscle sprain or any number of other soft tissue or bony pathology.

achy feeling in one leg for 2 days. starts mid calf on outside and runs down leg. seems to bother me regardless of activity.

Nerve pain: This may be referred pain from a spinal disc or spur pressing on a nerve root in your lower spinal area. This is similar to sciatica. If the discomfort worsens or doesn't resolve after a week or two,see your physician for evaluation and possible referral to a neurologist or neurosurgeon. In the meantime take Tylenol (acetaminophen) or,if you can take them, nsaids like ibuprofen or Aleve.

i just started to jog on a treadmill and i have been experiencing heavy numbness like feeling in my left calf.  is this normal?

Maybe benign: Depending on your age, this may be merely, leg length asymettry, deconditioning, or perhaps a muscular strain/sprain.  In older pts, we might wonder about decreased blood flow, such as hardening of arteries, or neurogenic claudication associated with low back problems such as lumbar stenosis.

left calf swollen for 2 weeks .25 yr old female. little pain sometimes almost no pain at all. feeling tightness at times then loose.

See a doctor: A unilateral swollen leg is not normal. It needs to be evaluated soon to make sure no blood clots.

why i can't stretch my hamstring without feeling pain in the calf? i have been practicing yoga for 3 years but i don't feel any calf improvement.

See below: Go see a physical therapist who specializes in the back and lower extremities and i would also recommend seeing an orthopedic surgeon for just some basic x-rays , evaluation and see if you have any  underlying structural issues which would lead to your mechanical problems.

should i be concerned about a 1.5 day long weird feeling in my calf. almost like a twitch, feels almost weak like something is there. i jog often. ?

Calf sensation: A physician will need to take a detailed history and examination before making a diagnosis. 
I would recommend seeing a family physician in order to see if it something relatively benign such as overexertion or something worse. 
Radiologic studies may be needed as well.  Your doctor will need to elicit more information. Have a great day.

what could cause vibration feeling in my leg? its in the lower outside of left calf. it seems to get worse if i move my leg and clams if i keep still

Multiple causes.: Irritated nerve (neuropathy/neuritis), restless legs syndrome, multiple vitamin deficiencies. This certainly is consistent with restless leg syndrome. In any event, you will need to be examined and tested.
