Relax: For your age this pulse is normal. Danger zone is lower than 40 although some olympic athletes have heart rates in the 30s.

A heart rate between 40-60 is usually seen in people who exercise - good for you.

Therefore the normal range is 40-90. The 60-100 range is medical history and should be in the museum.

Basophils: these are one of the cells that are measured when you have a CBC.  They are mostly involved with allergic reactions, and bring anticoagulants to inflamed tissue.  This count is a little high, but without knowing why you got this blood test and your clinical history and symptoms I can't comment on what it means.
