Xanax (alprazolam)?: I definitely do not think Xanax (alprazolam) is the answer because of it's very addictive qualities.  But there are certainly many other medications for mood and anger.  Those can be symptoms of several different disorders so it's important to get a diagnosis from a doctor.  Counseling is often very helpful too.

Best to eat healthy, exercise regularly and choose your parents carefully. And consider checking in w/your Family Doc or Pediatrician if you're the shortest in your class by far, just in case you're growth hormone deficient.

Trace element: Zinc is one of the trace elements needed for the activity of certain enzymes, including enzymes involved in DNA synthesis.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Nugenix is male supplement(testosterone)  product.
