Doubtful: There are no studies showing an benefit from Zinc supplementation at 15yo (or any age, for that matter) to aid in growing, whether you're referring to height or weight. Best to eat healthy, exercise regularly and choose your parents carefully. And consider checking in w/your Family Doc or Pediatrician if you're the shortest in your class by far, just in case you're growth hormone deficient.

No : Healthy diet can help and that it prevents being short from poor nutrition. Zinc alone doesn't make a difference
