Computer addiction can be many different things - for some people it is sexual, for others shopping, for others gambling and for many it is just loneliness, shyness, problems with establishing relationships. Not true: I do not think there has been any good studies that show that sunscreen is dangerous. It is true that if you do not reply it and use it in conjunction with other good habits such as sun protective clothing and sun avoidanceyou could still end up getting a sunburn.

For weight loss ...: You cannot target specific areas for weight loss - if you have adipose tissue to lose (not everyone does), then consider an increase in cardio and a balanced diet. However, do not always do the same exercise or you will increase your risks for stress injuries. Mix things up with walking, running, biking, swimming, elliptical, or circuit training. Ultimately you need to burn more than you consume.

Necks in line?: Make sure you are at a table sitting straight up while watching. When you get tired of holding that position, stop watching u tube!
the neck or the strain on your eyes may trigger a migraine-equivilant headache. If you get these 10/10 headaches at other times, please see a physician for a check-up.

That's a toughie: Someone will need to review them all. I just searched YouTube. Assuming there are 5000 such videos (a conservative estimate) averaging 20 minutes each, 1 person doing nothing but watching them 8 hours a day, 5 days a week (taking into account holidays &amp; vacations) will need at least a year to get through them all. So it depends on how many (unpaid) volunteers you could recruit for the project.

: Nature exposure can surely lift your mood but I, myself, do not believe that beneficial effect is due to body recharged with negative ions although there are some talks about this topic.

Interesting: From the posted information it means the kid can see. The kid also has some visuospatial orientation capabilities that appear ahead of expectations. It does not imply or prove this or any other capability will remain advanced as the kid ages. It does suggest the kid is not handicapped in these areas at this point.

: Washing with soap and water, or a liquid cleanser, daily, should take care of your hygienic needs.  Most people reaching sexual maturity should not allow a week between baths/showers/sponge bath.  The layer of dirt seen after a week is only the visible dirt.  Layers of skin flakes and other debris accumulate daily.
