can an individual psoriasis flare (one patch of skin) stay in a flare for 4+ years (with no treatment? doc thinks i may have psoriasis but ive had this rough patch for over 4 years now and thought psoriasis comes and goes?

i am struggling to conceive. i get my period every two weeks and experience pain during intercourse.  i was on the 3 month contraceptive and i've been off it for a year now.. any suggestions on what to do or where to go?

Fertility check: The standard of care is to evaluate fertility after a year of reglar mid-cycle vaginal sex (unprotected) without conception. There are too many possible causes to speculate on causes, although if your painful intercourse is pelvic (i.e. inside), it's possible you have Fallopian tube inflammation or damage from past inflammation. See an ObG doctor. Include STD testing. Good luck.

The : The menstrual cycle bleeding is controlled by hormones and these can be tested for by blood tests. Your ovaries make estrogen to grow an egg and then after an egg is released Progesterone is produced and if you do not get pregnant then these two hormones fall and trigger a regular period bleed. If you are not making eggs you do not make regular period bleeding. You can take a progestin pill to make bleeding but that will only work if you are making estrogen. There is no way to fix this over the internet, you will need to see someone. Naturally you would have also checked a pregnancy test too. Best wishes.

i have been diagnosed with sinusitus and been on amoxycillin for 10 days and augmentin for 7 days and no real effect plus nasonex spray .what would eb the next course of action ( recently diagnosed wityh covid 6 weeks ago?

: It is possible that your sinusitis (if that is indeed the diagnosis) is not being caused by bacteria. Alternatively you may have a resistant infection that does not respond to amoxicillin. Either way you need an appointment online or in person to confirm an accurate diagnosis and discuss next steps for treatment.

Chiari I malformatio: Chiari i malformation is a conditon where the cerebellar tonsils of the brain lie below the foramen magnum or the junction between the brain and the spinal cord. Many people have a chiari malformation and no symptoms.  Headaches can be associated with chiari malformations but headaches can arise from many other causes as well.

That being said, utis can manifest with frequent urination and incomplete emptying. I advise seeing your doctor as soon as possible. It would also be a good idea to monitor your urine output and observe the character of urine.
