It happens.: Siblings bully one another sometimes.  Usually it's the older one doing the bullying, but there's no rule.  That said, i like to view any bullying as an opportunity to teach both children empathy:  "how do you think your brother felt when you hit him?  Do you think his feelings were hurt? How do you think you would feel if someone hit you?".

If you are concerned that one of your children is not growing tall or quickly enough contact your pediatrician.
Most pediatricians keep track of growth in height and weight so you should make sure you get a copy.

No should..: Your children's' weights will be based on genetics and nutrition there is no "should". The growth curve is a tool with a wide range of normal. Someone has to be small and someone has to be big. If they are consistently growing on a curve and developing well...That is where they "should" be.

Dementia: Sounds like impairment in cognitive & executive functioning as part of dementia, where immediate recall & short-term memory loss exist,  but long-term memory of remote past (place she lived in long time ago) is still intact.
