Swimming: Swimming with or without snorkel and zoomer fins, pilates stationary cycling eliptical without arms.Checkbwith surgeon ease back in to activity over a long time line a year slowly use pain as your guide pt and personal trainers can help I use a recumbent tricycle.Its easy on the  human frame. I would recomend pilates over yoga avoid the cobra position the goal of surgery was a stiffer spine.
