A member asked:

Will a spinal fusion fix my swayback posture?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

If the purpose of : The surgery is to address a spinal deformity, the goal is to obtain what is known as a balanced spine such that the head is centered over the pelvis/hips from a front & side view. So it should be addressed by the surgery if this is part of your spinal deformity. You can ask your surgeon about the goals of your surgery.
