A few suggestions: Those would be two major causes but if there is a resolving hemorrhage, then sometimes the blood can go from red to yellow before disappearing. Alternatively, people with light freckles or normal pigmentation (from having dark skin) can have a yellowish looking eye, as well.

See below: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, there is nothing in the lab results to explain tiredness. Could you be depressed?
Try the following for your health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

Liver issues: Please make an appointment with your physician for evaluation of liver function and screening for hepatitis and and an ultrasound to rule out liver and gallbladder disease.. Serious symptoms which require examination and testing.

ive had a ultrasound and my pancreas is slightly fatty and irregular (in shape i assume) ive had ct scan, should i be concerned? i also have a fatty liver. i have no yellowing of eyes, clear urine but do have intermittent stabbing pain to left side?

: All imaging results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, you and your doctor should talk to the radiologist to ascertain if additional testing is needed to sort out pancreas issue.  For fatty liver, you need to lose weight.

Yes: If your liver is failing to the point of jaundice you may have many other symptoms such as nausea, vomiting fatigue, abdominal pain and others.  But more important, the cause needs to be assessed immediately and the appropriate treatment needs to be instituted.  Jaundice signifies a significant liver disease requiring treatment.

Not Jaundice: If you are having yellowish discoloration of skin and eye; get examined. It can be from Alcohol, medicine like Tylenol, (acetaminophen) viral infection etc. not from Endimetriosis
