why is my urine yellow? i've been drinking water all this week and since a day ago until now my urine is yellow.. i'm fine, nothing's wrong, no pain everywhere

Can see Dr. again: With such symptoms, one can visit the doctor again to ask why there is so much thirst. It can be related to kidney problems, hormonal problems, dry mouth (sometimes auto-immune in cause, sometimes a side effect of medications), etc...  Some blood and urine tests might be needed, to help figure things out.

Hydration status.: In general, if you are well hydrated, your urine will become more dilute as your body eliminates surplus water, appearing less yellow. If you ingest foods or vitamins that color the urine, urine appearance is no longer a good gauge of hydration status. The importance of 'staying hydrated' is likely somewhat overstated, so be careful when consuming large volumes of free water.

Urine color: The change in color of the urine likely reflects the increased fluid consumed.  During fasting and decreased water intake urine will often be dark yellow in color.  With increased consumption the urine will be lighter in color.  This is totally normal.

Normal, not STD/HIV: Yellow urine is normal, with depth of color due mostly to fluid intake. Dark yellow, orange, or brown can indicate liver disease and orher problems. If otherwise healthy, you can make your urine lighter or darker by the amount of fluids you drink. HIV or STDs don't alter urine color. But since your topic tags show STDs are on your mind, see a doctor or clinic for exam and STD testing. Good luck!

Gilbert's syndrome: Although this may be associated with yellowing of the eyes, it is considered a benign genetic condition in which the liver fails to process bilirubin well..  The dark yellow urine is more reflective of dehydration or vitamin intake.
