Yellow Stains: There are two causes of these stains. First, aluminum-based antiperspirants are acidic and contain compounds that can contribute to staining. In addition, sweat has trace amounts of urea (also found in urine), and this can contribute to the dyeing of fabrics. In general, a white shirt may take on a yellowish color, and dark clothes may become lighter.

Folliculitis?: Could be folliculitis- infection of hair follicles. The yellow means it it likely infected and needs to be drained and treated by a Dr. with antibiotics. Talk to your Dr regarding this problem. For prevention, use a rough/mildly abrasive washcloth, loofa or brush to wash your arms and legs- it will help keep the follicles from getting plugged.

Jaundice ..: sounds like baby is 4 days old and yellow collor is symptoms of jaundice . In newborns is very common and dpendds how severe it is . It is measurable by baby blood bilirubin. Many factors can contribute to it. There is  a " nomogram" or risk scale doctors folllow to determine a risk of brein damamge form bilirubin. If severe enough that baby require hospitalisation - it is safe place to be .

Yellow: The cause can be something as simple as eating a lot of foods high in vitamin a (carrots, yellow peppers) or as serious as hepatitis or liver cancer. See your doctor for an evaluation of your liver.

Not advised : Mupirocin should be reserved for limited use for certain skin infections such as impetigo.
If your condition is more chronic , it could be keratosis pilaris --the best treatment fir that would be an aha containing cream.

Capillary: Increased capillary fragility of the skin doesn't show up in blood tests. It does occur with deficiency of vitamin c, ageing, thinning of skin, autoimmune disorders, amyloidosis, taking aspirin or other nsaids like naproxen.  A hematologist can evaluate and advise you best.

i have a raised red rash which started off on my thighs and has spread up my back and stomach and down legs and arms itchy, some yellow scabbing?

Impetigo? Get seen!: It sounds like you could have a rash that became infected.  You may need oral and topical antibiotics as well as a surgical scrub like hibiclens or some hydrogen peroxide to clean the area.  Dry itchy skin becomes cracked, rashy and infected skin.  I think you should head to a physician for evaluation especially because of the yellow crusting.  Benadryl (diphenhydramine) may help with itch.
