I have red small spots with yellow heads on my upper legs an upper arms for about 7 years and i heard that mupirocin could be god but i m feeding?

Not advised : Mupirocin should be reserved for limited use for certain skin infections such as impetigo. If your condition is more chronic , it could be keratosis pilaris --the best treatment fir that would be an aha containing cream.
