Capillary: Increased capillary fragility of the skin doesn't show up in blood tests. It does occur with deficiency of vitamin c, ageing, thinning of skin, autoimmune disorders, amyloidosis, taking aspirin or other nsaids like naproxen.  A hematologist can evaluate and advise you best.

THE BRUISE, NO: The bruise itself does not cause DVT, but the trauma causing the bruise theoretically could.

Not advised : Mupirocin should be reserved for limited use for certain skin infections such as impetigo.
If your condition is more chronic , it could be keratosis pilaris --the best treatment fir that would be an aha containing cream.

Abscess?: It sounds like you have an abscess that may require drainage, and maybe an antibiotic if quite large, surrounding redness, or fever. There are no reliable home remedies or over-the-counter treatmetns. See a doctor ASAP, and in the meantime do not squeeze or probe it or attempt any treatment yourself.

played soccer and kicked in ankle. slowly healed but 2 weeks later got kicked same spot. now yellow & swollen. purple is underneath. help me plz. tnx.

Kicked: This certainly sounds like a deep bruise , especially when you describe the color changes .  Ice and nsaids if you can take them will help as will rest .   Bruises  can turn all sorts of colors as the blood is broken down by enzymes that leaked from broken blood vessels
