Can't tell: Can't tell without an examination.  There are literally scores of lesions that match your very sketchy description.  Please see your General Dentist or an Oral Surgeon for an evaluation.  Hemangioma is unlikely.

This : This could be coming from your maxillary (upper) wisdom teeth erupting towards your cheek. If this is the case, every time you open your mouth you would be pinching your cheek between that tooth and your jawbone. If the pain is on the right side, sliding your jaw to your left will also make it hurt, and vice versa. The "greenish-yellow dot" could be an ulceration.

As the wisdom tooth slowly erupts, the problem only gets worse. Since it has not resolved after a week i suggest you see your dentist to confirm what is causing this problem and have it treated.

Dr. can check throat: New throat pain can be from a strep throat infection (antibiotics are needed), a cold or influenza (antibiotics usually not used), or from some other cause such as allergies or irritants. Usually, a person sees the doctor if the sore throat is bothersome, recurrent, or doesn't go away quickly (mainly to check for strep throat). Throat lozenges and Tylenol (acetaminophen) or Motrin can help decrease throat pain.
