Yes, but don't: Peroxide is very damaging to the cells that are trying to heal that wound.  Usually just soap and water are sufficient to clean a wound.  And then a nice sterile dressing, with or without silver.  Follow your surgeons recomendations

New?: Is this new for you? Some women have this normally but if new you can have infection even without other signs and symptoms. If you are sexually active and this is new, have a urine test done to check for infection.

Likely STD: If you have ever been sexually active without protection, the most likely cause of this type of discharge is a sexually transmitted disease (STD).  Gonorrhea and/or chlamydia are likely culprits.  You need to be tested to determine the cause so that the correct treatment can be prescribed.  Without treatment, an STD can cause scarring and fertility problems in the future.

i am getting a sudden burning sensation when i pass urine and it is a terrible dark yellow color. what does this mean?

Likely UTI: Sounds like a bladder infection, but could also be small stones passing.  See your doctor for a test and treatment if it's an infection. Drink lots of water, avoid caffeinated beverages until you get seen.

i have celiac and have had mustard yellow burning diarreah for about nonstop 3 days. anytime i take medicine it won't help. what should i do?

Celiacs disease: Try a bland diet like rice bananas, shredded apple and carrots, soft boiled egg, plain yogurt, etc. If no better in a day or two see your gastroenterologist for a possible culture and diet.

Possible infection: This is most likely a vaginal infection but should be seen by a GYN or primary care for visual exam and testing. It would also be a good idea to get a pregnancy test since pregnancy also can present with new onset of discharge although should not be a lot. In any case try to get seen ASAP.

Talk to doc: It appears that the cream is irritating you and you should call your doctor to get an alternate medication.

Bites: Helpful OTC regime would include the following: topical hydrocortisone cream and a topical triple antibitotic cream. Aloe can help too. Oral Benadryl and Ibuprofen. If symptoms would worsen with redness and or fever be seen by PCP

Let me explain: If you are other wise healthy, you do not use medications, vitamins supplements and special diets to cause the odor, my suggestion to go and have routine urine test to be sure. There many reasons for bad odor in the urine.
