i started taking fiber gummies and probiotics and now my stool is a yellow color. is that normal?

Yes: For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

: No, that is not the presentation of IBS. Yellow stool is not grossly abnormal and you can stop probiotic and observe for the symptoms in the next couple days.

: The main agent adding color to the poo is the material made by the liver called bile. It starts out a dark green and goes thru the yellows to brown depending on the influences of various factors in the intestines. Rapid transit thru the system, as may occur with diarrhea may have a greenish yellow or yellow appearance. The slower, more likely browner.

Typically not: Make sure you are brushing your tongue am and pm as part of your oral hygiene regimen (along with brushing)    there is a system called the dr tung system (brush and gel) which i find to be very effective.  All the best and thanks for the question.

Unusual: That's unusual. What led you to take a probiotic? Most likely the stool abnormality is from something other than the probiotic. If it persists more than a week or 2 then a medical exam would be reasonable.

Could be: a lot of things. Mostly the calcium and lack of fiber in yogurt is more likely. The probiotics is a bit tricky because most commercial yogurt isn't that good on quality control of the living bacteria.
