Blockage: If you are describing bumps on the eyelid margin, you probably have clogged meibomian glands.  A warm compress should soften them up s they can be wiped away with towel.

post blepharoplasty 1+year.   milia under lower eyelids.   removed in-office.  grew right back.   surgically removed resulting in discoloration, lines & yellow raised bump-line-channel under one eye.  injected filler dissolver with little result?

: You may benefit from IPL / BBL (broad band laser) to prevent this.  Don't think that filler is the answer. Also, very benign microneedling might help.  No more surgery or filler in this situation in my opinion.

Pingueculua: You have discovered a normal feature of the eye surface next to the colored part.  You can have as many as four - one on each side of each eye.  They are a protective feature of the eyes against uv light, wind and dust.  They have that peculiar name, pinguecula.  They are harmless and will had as you grow older usually over 60.

Sounds like you are VERY CONSCIOUS of your body (NORMAL for someone your age) The Stye should be treated with soaking in plain water using an eye cup (available at your Pharmacy)

Pingueculum : Your eye doc was likely referring to a yellowishish lesion adjacent to the cornea located on the conjunctiva Primarily at 3 &amp; 9 o'clock positions, that represents elastic tissue changes with aging (solar elastosis). Often these small bumps are slightly raised &amp; asymptomatic. They can get irritated. Artificial tears and sunglasses for protection advisabl &amp;. If chronic irritation, may ---pterygium.

Pinguecula: It may be a sun damage area of conjunctiva that is called Pinguecula.  You may had it but you may be came more aware of it now.  Please wear sun glasses that have both UV A and B coatings.  Pinguecula can get irritated and inflamed then it becomes more red and visible.

ive had hsv2 genital for 15 years. just a recently i noticed small bumps near the corner of my eye that were crusty at first, then the yellow disappeared and just left small ulcers, they itch but dont hurt and are just skin colored and raised.hsv2?
