i have little yellow balls inside my lower eyelid!?

No big deal.:  The yellow balls probably represent trapped glandular secretion and are benign.  If they swell and become palpable or symptomatic they can be removed in an office setting.

what can i do? i have a blister right below my lower eyelid and it really burns.

Accepted Answer

Blister care: Use cold packs to decrease the pain and use an otc antibiotic such as Neosporin if it opens.  Don't intentionally open it.

You need to Derm or: You need to see your dermatologist or ophthalmologist for the correct  diagnosis. A blister can be a rash due to an infection like herpesor otehr  virus or a specific dermatology rash.

Pinguecula: Probably pinguecula. If they are on the sides next tithe cornea that's what they are. They are benign. If you are concerned, a trip to your local eye doctor can clarify things.

Concretions: It is common to develop small blisters or cysts on the inside of your eyelids.  These are called concretions.  They are harmless and will tend to come and go.  There is no treatment needed for them.

Blood test much more: sensitive and specific than eyeballing your eyeball.

Likely a stye: By far the most common lesion in your age group is an early stye.  You can treat this with generous application of very warm wash cloths (not hot).  Herpes would be in one place, with blistering on the skin.

round hard lump on my right lower eyelid, on the lacrimal duct for almost 2 months. ophthalmologist says its a chalazion. my under eye is very dry. the lump does not hurt, it has some yellow inside the eyelid. still worried it could be malignant?

: You should trust your ophthalmologist. Chalazion is easily recognized so I doubt of any misdiagnosis. Take care.

Many possible causes: The most common cause is due to aging, but a droopy eye lid could be caused by local inflammation, nerve disorders such as multiple sclerosis, muscle disorders such as myasthenia gravis, and a host of other diseases.  See an ophthalmologist for evaluation of your ptosis.
