Normal.: I hope you were treated with AntiTB medicines and now there is a scar- Granuloma seen in the Xray. This is the healed TB;  Good thing you do not have any symptoms. 
No need for treatment. I am sure your doctor must have guided you the same.

does every primary complex diagnosis cause scars on the lungs? is this lifetime or any lung scar can clear up?

Primary complex: Not every primary complex leaves a lung scar seen on X-Ray. It usually takes some calcification or growth of granulation tissue to be seen. Some of them heal completely without Leaving any trace.

is there any solution for my calcific scar xray result so that i can go back to gcc countries to work again?

Accepted Answer

?PPD status: Did you have +PPD?  If so, were you adequately treated or did you have Quanteferon Gold test?  A Quanteferon Gold test can help confirm if your +PPD or calcific scarring on Chest Xray are related to active Tuberculosis or not.  Check with these countries' health departments regarding what they require to confirm you do not have active TB.  Take Care!

Mgt.: Any symptoms or changes in your radiograph, compared to post treatment, may lead to additional tests. Airway cultures to identify TB can be sent to clarify.

my chess x-ray result :bilateral apical pleural thickening with underlying sub pleural blebs. 
is it a tb scar  ?

Maybe: Apical pleural thickening could be due to TB but it could be due to previous other infections. Blebs may be due to emphysema as well. Are you a smoker? A pulmonary specialist can sort it out for you.

can a severe scoliosis gives scar in a chest xray result, ill undergo medical soon and im worried to be partin sputum test groups might delay my visa ?

Accepted Answer

No: The bony structures involved in scoliosis do not put a scar into the lungs on a chest x-ray. They are physically separate locations. The rib cage that surrounds the lungs can have an altered appearance, and shift things around some, but the lung tissue inside is seen as a separate space.

carpal tunnel endio one year ago doc said scar tissue on nerve left hand and it will go away, told me this in oct my primary doc took xray said fine hand goes numb, feels weird can this be fixed?

EMG: In these cases, a follow up EMG will objectify whether re-innervation and healing is occurring allowing decisions for further treatments.  A plain X-Ray will NOT assist in visualization of carpal tunnel pathology but an MRI might.  Discuss with your hand specialist

Maybe: Some primary TB infections leave scars in the lung that might show up on chest Xray, but not necessarily. Many (most?) people have entirely normal Xrays after primary TB.

Pulmonary tb: It means lung scarring suggestive of pulmonary tuberculosis.  A PPD test or quantiferon gold blood test can help confirm if there has been exposure to tb.  A sputum culture and lung biopsy, bronchial lavage for culture can determine the antibiotic sensitivity.  A chest ct scan can also help determine activity of the tb. my x-ray results are minimal fibrotic scarring in the right uppuer lung, no parenchymal infiltrates seen, what does it mean?did i have an illnes?

Accepted Answer

Probably.: The scarring is a result of previous inflammation usually from infection. The location of the scarring on the x-ray raises the possibility of exposure to tuberculosis. You should get a TB skin test if you haven't received bcg. Go see the doctor.
