Body memory?: Some people have had scary things happen to them, and their body recalls certain conditions such as smells, light, sound, etc.  Sometimes there are conscious memories, sometimes not.  It depends on what you associate with early evening time, perhaps.  The best way to learn about your own responses like this, is through psychotherapy.  Lexapro and xanax (alprazolam) alone won't advance your self-understanding.

Theanine is suppleme: Theanine is supplement so there usually is not reliable research available. Lexipro is an SSRI antidepressant
There shouldn't be any problem with a trial of both of these meds in the dosage you mentioned . If you had any apparent side effects I would discuss them with your psychiatrist

hi, i have been on xanax .5 mg. 3x a day for 9 years. my dr just said he is weaning me off of them in 6 weeks time. to cut my pills in half for 3 weeks and then take the half every other day for 3 weeks then stop. take lexapro while doing this help?

WEANING  ALPRAZOLAM: YOU HAVE BEEN ON THIS DOSE X9 YEARS. IN MY PRACTICE I WEAN REALLY SLOWLY - 1/2 TAB EVERY 3-4 WEEKS. BENZODIAZEPINE WITHDRAWAL IS FOTEN MORE OF A PROBLEM TO TREAT THAN AN OPIOID WITHDRAWAL. SO I GO SLOW AND LET THE BODY ADJUST TO THE DECREASE.

Low probability: There are the possibility of low probability side effects.  With respect to specific interactions, the most prominent thing to remember is that if you stop taking your xanax (alprazolam) suddenly while taking wellbutrin and Lexapro you may make it more likely that you would have a seizure.  You also may find operating a motor vehicle more challenging when taking xanax (alprazolam) with any medications.
