Rash: If it is blistering and painful it am be Shingles. If not it may be a dermatitis caused by some form of irritant which should respond to OTC hydrocortisone

Stretch marks?: If these are spontaneous or developed around puberty they may be stretch marks. Unfortunately there is not much you can do to improve these. I would discuss the nature of the lesions with your dermatologist or primary care physician.

Sounds like: a CYST ( the location is a bit unusual but SEBACEOUS CYSTS are the most common cause of such "balls"  (Enlarged LYMPH GLANDS are also possible!

You should get this checked out by your PCP (Primary Care Provider) who can determine what the diagnosis is!

This may be a mole: that you accidentally scratched or an insect bite, or minor traumatic abrasion/cut. If there is no surrounding redness, swelling, pain and you do not have fever, you can observe it and apply an over-the-counter antibiotic. If it does not resolve in a couple of days, or if it worsens, please have your doctor look at it.

Heat sensation: Several possible causes, but a skin infection or an allergic reaction on your skin are common ones. Fungal infections are common in this area. If there is any visible abnormality (red rash, scaling, irritation, pimples) have it looked at by your doctor.

Potentially: At age 20 skin should still have a lot of resiliency. Be physically active to help the process. Spot fat loss does
not occur naturally. By losing weight in general some will probably be abdominal fat. But, we don't get to choose what area of body fat is lost from. Eat healthy &amp; be physically active. Calories burned must &gt;  consumed. Tighten ab's: crunches, reverse crunches  &amp; exercise ball crunch.
