You : You should see your doctor and have an exam to make sure it is just a small tear and not something more concerning such as an infected tear or an std like warts or herpes.  In the meantime, make sure you are well-hydrated and eating plenty of fiber because constipation with hard stool can cause the tear to continue reopening.

It doesn't: The acl cannot heal on its own. It often scars down around the surrounding structures, but it does not return to normal function without a reconstruction. However, the decision to reconstruct is a very personal and individual decision that should be discussed with your friendly neighborhood orthopedic surgeon / sports medicine surgeon. Take the time to go over your own situation with the surgeon!

Anal fissure: It sounds like something we call anal fissure which is basically a tear in the back passage. I would recommend keeping stools soft and lubricating the passage. There are also certain prescription medications that can be prescribed by your doctor if needed.

Eyelids abrasions: Do these "cuts" occur on both upper and lower eyelids, right and left?  You may have dermatitis of the eyelids or allergy to make-up or some other product you are using on the eyelids. I suggest that you make an appointment with an Ophthalmologist/Oculoplastic surgeon for further evaluation and management.  I hope this helps.

Painful, not healing: Healing is a delicate process and things that hurt like salt are bad avoid using alcohol, peroxide, hibiclens, betadine, and bleach solutions. Inflammation ( red, hot, swollen, tender) is important so anti-inflammatories (motrin, advil) are bad. Cover the area with a clean dressing changed every other day  and protected from trauma. Never put anything in a wound if you would not put it in your eye.
