The bones are stable in 6 weeks but the cartilage and the swelling may take months to resolve. The extent of the surgery also determines how long the healing process will take.

i have a small hole /wound from an apple cider vinegar burn on tip of my nose. is there a way to make it heal faster or will the hole close/scar?

4 days: Head wounds heal fast. Usually after a few days the dermabond will begin to peel off. Don't help it. Let it come off by itself.

Your dermatologist can also provide laser treatments.
