Yes: Sometimes if the nose and septum do not deviate there is no surgery needed.

Broken but straight: If the bones are broken but not displaced (think of a crack in a sidewalk ) then you don't need to intervene. The bones will heal where they are, so if thr nose is crooked, you need to get it fixed in the first 7-10 days after the injury.
