Not necessarily: Ultrasound may not have sufficient resolution to detect cirrhosis. Elevated ALT alone is not an indication of cirrhosis either. If you have any concerns about cirrhosis, due to alcohol use or chronic hepatitis, you should consult a doctor for an evaluation.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

Symptoms can include vague but disturbing aches and pains, faintness (or actual fainting spells), fatigue, anxiety attacks, tachycardia, hypotension, poor exercise tolerance, gastrointestinal symptoms such as irritable bowel syndrome, sweating, dizziness, blurred vision, numbness and headaches.

Dysautonomia: A prominent symptom that triggers a physicians visit is usually an unexpected fainting episode. Other symptoms include sensititvity to sound and intolerance to light. Dizziness that does not respond to Meclizine but middle ear disease needs to be ruled out. A tilt table test is an evaluation which can confirm one type of dysautonomia. However there many diseases that can cause dysautonomia.

Possibly but: The ETAR assay is designed to detect antibodies that form against endothelin receptor type A (anti-ETAR), a G protein-coupled receptor.  anti-ETAR antibodies can be useful to evaluate the risk of allograft loss. It is not apparent that  it is related  to dysautonomia.

Probably: When dysautonomia exists, the system no longer functions in a balanced or sufficiently rapid manner. Studies show acute inflammation is associated with a temporary deterioration in cardiac autonomic nervous system function in healthy subjects.  Abnormal autonomic function is often found in as and RA patients. Moreover,  most inflammatory peptides if released in the cerebral vascular cause dilation.

i had a constellation of symptoms for 2 months, whilst on hol in australia. i think it's dysautonomia, my gp anxiety. i feel so poorly. what can i do?

Info, Please.: We can't put this off as purely psychological.  I would suggest you get a comprehensive history and physical exam with some lab testing. It is possible you picked up an infectious disease while on holiday. It is also possible you have a glandular disorder such as hypothyroidism or also possibly anemia. Only after ruling out physical causes should one consider anxiety as the root cause.

i get episodes of full body tremor. is this a sign of a serious neurological problem? p.s i may have a type of dysautonomia.

You need to be seen: Talk to either your parents or other person who can help you connect with a doctor to evaluate these episodes.  Without more descriptions as to what's going on when you have these tremors it's hard to say how serious or not these episodes are.  If you already have a doctor who regularly follows you then, call them and set up an appointment.
