i first had painful small pimples and then it started looking like a boil but a small one, i then squeezed it an a worm came out of it, i had 3 of them and in all 3 of them worms came out l, what could this be and should i be worried?

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. What you perceived to be worms may have been thick discharge. It is more likely that you have folliculitis and it would be prudent to see a doctor for a proper diagnosis and treatment.

Acne comedone: If the dead skin cells in the skin pore get trapped (and mixed with some oils) but don't form a hard lump; when the lump is squeezed, the mixture comes out like a long thing. However, the squeezing may start an inflammatory reaction and cause a pustule or pimple to form the next day or two.

Nature: Acne pimples occur when the immune system detects the clump (comedone) of skin cells blocking a pore, trapping oils inside the skin, and also trapping some bacteria. The bacteria and oils leak into the skin, causing a reaction in which the immune system sends white blood cells in to push all of the stuff out of the body. After the pimple ruptures, it heals but imperfectly, leaving little scars.

Asking about acne?: For treatment of mild acne, over-the-counter benzoyl peroxide gel or cream is helpful. If desired, a doctor can add an antibiotic gel or cream. Oral contraceptives (for women) and oral antibiotics are options also. If acne is more severe, a dermatologist can help.
