Home workout: Hi Anton,

If you have a smart phone, there are a lot of good apps nowadays that can give u some good home workouts and will tailor your workout based on what kind of equipment you have at home.  Some good tools to have at home are dumbbells, a stability ball, exercise bands.  If you haven't worked out on your own before, you may find it helpful to do a few sessions with a personal trainer.

Inner Thigh Bulge: The upper inner thigh is a common area to hold onto fat even after achieving a healthy weight through diet and exercise. If the skin tone in this area is good then liposuction may be the answer. If the skin tone is poor then a thigh lift could be the ticket. Consult with a plastic surgeon certified by the american board of plastic surgery.

Strivectin & mederma: I would try these creams first, they may help to fade them,  surgical procedures would be very drastic.  You could speak to your dermatologist about less invasive procedures that may be helpful as well.

Isotretinoin: You could do bleach bath 2 to 3 times a week-1/2 cup in full tub of water-soak for 10 minutes each time. Wash area with hibiclens soap daily. Isotretinoin might help. See your dermatologist.

Core strenthening: Work on core strengthening and increase your cardio workouts. Keep your heart rate up for at least 20-30 minutes 5 times a week. Evaluate your diet and make sure you are not consuming too many carbs or calories in general.

You may: need to see a healthcare provider if that patch continues to itch, get bigger, redder, angrier looking or drains.  You can easily get infection of the skin (cellulitis) and underlying tissues from a simple abrasion on the skin.  Or you could have had an insect bite that got infected. Eczema: May people have eczema, skin irritation or allergy that does not respond to over the counter medication.  Your description of the rash sounds like this, and the location is probable for eczema.  See your doctor for a stronger cream, and remember to keep treating it till gone, sometimes takes weeks.  If one or two creams does not work, you will need to see a skin specialist for biopsy and treatment.

Losing weight: To lose weight, get ur resting metabolism rate done(weight loss centers do this). This determines the total number of calories you need to lose 1-2lbs/week. Decreasing 500cal/day will give you a 1lb wt loss in 1wk; drink water (1/2 your body weight), eat small meals about 150-200cal 2-4x/(depending on your metabolism rate) and 500cal/meal at night: lean protein/veggies; avoid carbs, .
