bun of 5 creatine of 0.60 ok for a 37 year old woman ? my bun goes to 5 than 6 and 9 is this normal? i used to drink. i do not eat meat. wbc fluctuations as well. 3.7 or 3.8 and higher?

: These values for a BUN and creatinine are normal. These numbers can fluctuate with your hydration status. Your white blood cell count is somewhat low which can be evaluated by your doctor to tell what type of white blood cells you have. This helps to know if you have a problem or not.

Throw it away: Don't be a sucker. You don't know what is in it because most testing shows the labels are fraudulent. There is NO BENEFIT to you even if the label is honest, which is unusual.

Not exactly: You should consult a nephrolgist, kidney doctor, to make sure that kidney function does not get worse. You may have an other good 30 years to go and you should take care of your kidneys. Some of the medications you are taking may not be good for your kidneys, so to reiterate, please consult a specialist.

Yes.: Yes, it's safe for a woman with PCOS. As long as the preworkout doesn't have any stimulants it's quite safe. Protein supplements, for example, are perfectly fine to use even with a woman with PCOS.

bun:25 and bun/ creatine level: 42
creatinine: 0.6.  gfr: 114
doc told me to hydrate with 64oz water and will re test the bun and creatinine level. bad!?

: No, it is not bad. A BUN of 25 is mildly elevated.
You should drink an extra glass of fluid/s daily, this may be useful to do. As long as your creatinine level is normal, your Kidney function is good. So nothing to worry about there.

No: Creatinine is an indirect marker of the filtration capacity of the kidney. Uremia is present in kidney failure. Unfortunately, no medicine can specifically improve filtration of the kidney.

Creatine: absolutely not - dont worry about it - you dont need extra creatine and you don need to measure it.  In March 2015, a study published by the British Journal of Cancer found that men using supplements containing creatine may have a higher risk of getting testicular cancer .
