More details: This can be a drug reaction, a viral infection, or the onset of a new skin condition. Given the scanty history and description, I would suggest that you try taking antihistamine to see if it helps. If the itching is intolerable or the rash is getting worse, need to see your doctor.

Pregnancy rash: 1st - go see Urgent Care or PCP in person to diagnoses - takes eyes to make sure accurate diagnosis.  It's probably Pruritic urticarial papules and plaques of pregnancy (PUPPP) , but it could be other cause.

Wait and watch: Benzoyl peroxide does cause some rash and itchiness sometimes but may appear again but in milder form .You may stop benzoyl peroxide if the reaction is too much and see dermatologist to get his opinion .

Viral  rash: Could be a viral or bacterial rash cause by the release of substances from the bacteria or virus themselves. See a doctor to check it out. It could also be a blood problem with little purple spots from a defect in the blood. The sox can check it out.

Patience: The baby acne is a common event that reflects hormones transferred during the pregnancy. While the baby is floating in moisture, the skin is will not respond, but within weeks of birth they break out for many weeks before the hormone levels begin to drop ; the acne disappears. Keeping the skin clean ; avoiding irritating soaps helps. Occasional use of a 1/2% hc once daily can calm some lesions.

Skin hard to say : It's difficult to assess ski signs without looking at it. But a rash in a child starting with one red latch then having others particularly on the truck, suggests pityriasis rosea.  This is a being rash thought to be caused by a virus that lasts about 3-4 weeks. Treatment is usually unnecessary. See picture.

It is thought to result from maternal hormone effect which gradually declines as the baby ages.It will generally disappear without specific treatment.

: Scabies can be transmitted with using the same bed, towel, comb or any thing of personal use. It can cause intense itching then rash and blister. Hand should not transmit any other sexually transmitted diseases but if in doubt, testing is preferred over speculation. See your doctor for confirmation of scabies &amp; treatment. All beddings, shoes which can not be washed, put sealed bags for 6 weeks

Probably viral rash: Rashes caused by allergies itch - so this one is not an allergy. Press on a spot for a second. The rash should fade away momentarily & then reappear. If it doesn't you have bruising in the skin - petechiae (see photo) - promptly see a doctor for that. If it does fade & you otherwise feel well give the rash a week or two. If it still doesn't fade away see your doctor then.
