Probably viral rash: Rashes caused by allergies itch - so this one is not an allergy. Press on a spot for a second. The rash should fade away momentarily & then reappear. If it doesn't you have bruising in the skin - petechiae (see photo) - promptly see a doctor for that. If it does fade & you otherwise feel well give the rash a week or two. If it still doesn't fade away see your doctor then.
