hi i passed out in bed after drinking and woke up with what i beleive is foot drop will it heal on its own and how long ? what can i do

Peroneal nerve: You most likely have peroneal nerve palsy.
See your PCP or a neurologist.You may need physical therapy.Foot drop shoud improve over time.

i spilled drano and it splashed up my arm. i washed it off with soap and water than went to bed. just woke up stings to touch. anything a dr can do or just wrap it to heal? not as red but stings/burns same as earlier?

: Apply an emollient like vaseline and it should heal. Protect the area from friction or other injury. If a raw area develops, apply triple antibiotic cream to prevent infection.

today when i woke up my left eye looks fine but started paining when i blink. the lower side of the eye on the lower eyelid hurts while blinking. maybe while sleeping got hit on my eye. should i wait for 2-3 days to heal on it's own?

: There could be an eyelash or some foreign body impacted there or you have early symptom of a stye. You should splash water into the eye to flush the hair or that foreign body out. If you see the redness on the edge of the eyelid with a small bump then it is a stye or there is a bump on the inside of the eyelid, it is a chalazion. For these, you can apply warm compress three to four times a day.

hello 2 days ago i fell asleep with a hair tie on my wrist. didn't feel tight. woke up with thumb and index finger numb. i think the circulation was blocked because i still feel a tingily/numb feeling in my thumb. will it heal itself?

: You likely have compressed the median nerve at the wrist, creating an artificial carpal tunnel syndrome.  This should be completely resolved in 3-4 weeks, but avoid ligatures or tight bands around your wrist.

i woke up to a 52 bpm , is that normal ?

Probably: 52 BPM should be a normal resting heart rate especially for someone who is on a b-blocker (cardicor) as long as you have no symptoms such as weakness, SOB, feeling lightheaded or ready to pass out.  If this is unusually slow for you or you're feeling "not right" I would see a doctor sooner than later to make sure the rhythm is normal.

Benign vertigo: If what you have experienced is sudden onset and associated with head motion, such as getting out of bed abruptly, but lasting for no more than a couple minutes, it may be a common benign condition called labyrinithis or benign paroxysmal positional vertigo. For quick relief: keep your head still or (move in slow motion).  Some anti-nausea medications are very effective.  C your doc if not better.

High sugar level: We don't have enough information to advise you. For a type 2 diabetic,  goal after meals should be under 8.5 mmol. Your fasting glucose was also high( well over 7.8 mmol) indicating very poor control of your diabetes.  Call your physician, who knows your medications, for instructions and follow-up.
