Abscess?: This sounds more like an (bacterial infection), not a bite. If it persists more than a couple of days, see a doctor. Or get seen immediately if severe pain or tenderness, spreading redness around it, sore lumps in the same side neck or armpit, or if any fever. Good luck!

Be checked: Either be seen or send a picture. Your symptoms and rash could be herpes zoster or shingles. Do you have a history of chicken pox? If this is shingles it is better to start medication within the 1st 48 hours of the onset of the rash. All the best.

Probably nothing: Might be insect bite, might be trauma or little burn.  Leave it alone it should gradually dry up and go away.

Maybe shingles: If you have recently developed pain in one arm and then had a blistery rash break out, you may have shingles. Get an evaluation as soon as possible, preferably within days, as early treatment may speed healing. Sores that are lasting longer than a week could be infected and should be examined by a doctor.

Blister: Generally there are two types of blisters, blood filled (deep injury) and fluid filled (superficial).  The fluid filled is the most common and can be simply popped and apply triple antibiotic ointment to the area with bandaid.  Leave the roof because it will fall off on its own, no need to peel it.  If you have a blood blister, see you physician because it may be a bigger injury inside.
