Push fluids: I would stay from solid food and focus on keeping yourself hydrated. You can try some over-the-counter pepto-bismol or acid reduction medication.  Some people feel that ginger ale settles their stomach. This may be related to some type of gastrointestinal bug however an ear infection can also cause similar symptoms.

Dizziness : Like a problem with your ballance gland or vestibular gland.  This can be brought on by changes in the fluid within the gland. The fluid can be affected by infection, change in position, barometric pressure even thyroid problems.  Stroke can be possible, but rare.

Maybe anemic: You might be anemic (feel tired, dizzy, low energy, hot flashes and cold sweats).  I would recommend seeing your doctor so he can check your hemoglobin levels.  You might need to be placed on iron (over the counter or prescription).   Birth control pills (BCPs) can keep your menses regular and decrease the amount of blood you lose each month with your period.
