Dizziness : Like a problem with your ballance gland or vestibular gland. This can be brought on by changes in the fluid within the gland. The fluid can be affected by infection, change in position, barometric pressure even thyroid problems. Stroke can be possible, but rare.

Several options: Dehydration, viral, other infection. fatigue ,overwork, result of poor sleep. If high fever, trouble breathing, projectile vomiting, Severe or sudden bad HA, neck pain ,call PCP and if not available 911.
