Normal.: TSH about 1 is about as normal as it can be.  A number like that is not contributing in any significant way to weight gain or inability to lose weight.

Hypothyroidism.: That TSH value denotes a slight degree of hypothyroidism - a slowing of your thyroid function.  At the least, you deserve a follow-up blood test with a full thyroid panel.  Sometimes if you're not feeling well on the day the TSH is drawn, it could be a little off. But then it would self-correct.  I'd advise a full thyroid blood testing panel as the next step.

Thyroid hormone: Would have her go to ER/ urgent care where they can check her thyroid level and make sure she is not taking too much . When you become hypothyroid there is an adjustment period to get the the right dose. rarely hypothyroidism can cause psychological changes

: If you were hospitalized, you may have had a condition called euthyroid sick syndrome when the thyroid function tests are abnormal due to your acute illness when the function of the thyroid is indeed normal. So, when the thyroid tests abnormal in the setting of acute illness, it is often repeated and the repeat test is more likely to be accurate. Once you are completely recovered, repeat the tests

around 10 years ago i was diagnosed with hashimotos diease and my tsh level was 13. i recently attempted to get back on medication because i feel awful but my tsh was 3.80. does this mean i don't have hashimotos anymore? why do i still feel sick?

Out of context: Hard to make sense of numbers. Your TSH and T4 values seem to be in normal range, but with no history they are only numbers. Different labs use also different scales and ranges. Best to answer your question will be the doc or advanced practitioner who ordered them since they may have more information and be able to connect these numbers with your symptoms.
